Auction Night – 9th October

This is a fun night held on a normal Tuesday meeting night which helps to raise funds for the club.

Club members can donate anything they wish to be auctioned off and all proceeds raised will go to the club funds. However, please remember it’s a no sale returns policy so if anything you bring along does not sell you will be expected to take it back home with you. Also bear in mind due to the limited punters that valuable items may well sell below market value.

Please try to be there for 8pm as the auction starts prompt at 8:30pm and all items have to be set out for display. Neil will be around from approx 7:30 for anyone bringing items to be sold.

Far Forest Country Show – 11th August 2018

We are attending the Far Forest Country Show on Saturday 11th August. This event is not just about classic cars, there are stands, stalls, raffles and country side events in the main arena as well as the classic vehicles in the field below. please note, the organisers have requested cars are pre 1988 for this event.

 

We will be meeting at the Dog Inn, Harvington, DY10 4LN at 8:30 prompt (departing at 8:40)  and traveling in convoy so that the club cars will be together as the organisers aren’t saving a dedicated space for us.

Buffery Park Fun Day – Cancelled

Due to lack of members putting their names down it has been decided that we will not be attending this event.

 

We have been invited back to the Buffery Park Fun day being held on Saturday 21st July 2018. We attended this event a couple of years ago and the weather was not particularly great but hopefully this year it will be an improvement. Please see Nigel or Neil if you plan on showing your car there this year.

 

Netherton Fun Day – 7th July 2018

Could all members bringing their cars to this please be on site for 8:30 otherwise you risk being turned away by the marshalls as we need to be parked up well before the show starts at 10.

This is our home event so a great turnout will be really appreciated

 

Please come to the Arch Hill Street entrance to the park and we will be on the football pitch as per last year

Ragley Hall

Members wishing to travel in convoy to the show should meet at the Marlbrook Miller and Carter, Birmingham Road, Bromsgrove B61 0HR at 07:30

 

If you don’t wish to travel in convoy on Sunday then please ensure you have your ticket from Nigel and the marshals on site will direct you to our stand

Hallow Country Fair – June 3rd

We have been invited by the organisers of the Hallow Country Fair (just outside Worcester, Postcode WR2 6PP) to display our cars. This event is being held on Sunday 3rd June from 11am til 5pm and the organisers have offered a pint and a spot of lunch to every classic car owner that brings their car to the show.

The fair has lots of attractions for all the family including falconry display, Worcester concert Brass, Laser clay shooting, Morris and belly dancers, Vintage vehicles, vintage fun fair rides, pony rides and alpacas, a bit of retail therapy, and good food and a beer tent.

Arrival time to be confirmed but it is expected that anyone bringing their cars to display will need to be onsite by approx 10am.
