Belbroughton Scarecrow Festival – Saturday 24th September.

We will be attending this event as a Club on Saturday 24th September some names have already been taken of those members wishing to take their Classic Cars, please contact Tony if you missed our last meeting and would like to attend. Pre-breakfast meeting, to be confirmed, at the Park Lane Tavern, Halesowen, B63 2NT, at 8:30 or meet at the event by 10am, The post code is: DY9 9TF for those of you with Satnav also see map below.

Arrangements for this year are almost the same as last year and I attach a map showing the site plan and road access points. The field is the same as before but with bigger signs!  The post code is:  DY9 9TF for those of you with Satnav. The event will take the usual format but this year will be a paid for Car Parking  at a set price of £10 a vehicle. However we get in for free (on our field) and we have have access to all the events.  Please try and be on site by 10 am.

Black Country Boating Festival, Saturday 9th September 2017, at The Bumble Hole adjacent Warrens Hall, Windmill End, Netherton, Dudley.  Entrance for our classic cars is via Gads Green, DY2 9HL.

All cars need to be on site for 9am please note that any cars arriving after 9.30am will not be allowed entry. There is a charge of £2 per car which Neil will collect on the day.

Please note: This is an exclusive event for our clubs classic cars and therefore has to be pre-booked. Although this festival is open for two days this year our club stand will be on the Saturday only.

DUDLEY CLASSIC CAR & TRANSPORT SHOW at Himley Hall, Dudley, DY3 4DF

SUNDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER 2016. 

Last classic car registration for the club stand at Himley Hall will be at our next meeting on Tuesday 2nd of August.  If you are unable to attend our next meeting you can register using our online Show and Event Registration Form or contact Tony using our Contact Us page. Please note there is a £3.50 entry charge which does include the driver and one passenger.

All Classic Cars should be on site by 11am.  However, to avoid the traffic queues most members will be on site by 9am to setup the stand followed by a Himley breakfast.

Himley Hall and Park is situated on Himley Road, Himley, 4 miles from Dudley on the B4176 and approximately 6 miles from Wolverhampton just off the A449.

The Enville Show is on Bank Holiday Monday 28th August, at Enville Hall, DY75HA.

All classic/vintage cars. tractors, motor bikes and ex army vehicles.

We are planning to meet up at 10:30-10:45 at The Fox Inn, Bridgnorth Road, Stourton, DY7 5BL before travelling in convoy to the show.

The Swan at Chaddesley Corbett is holding it’s 4th Classic Car Charity Event on Monday 28th August 2017.

The event has been moved from thr 26th to the 28th which clashes with the Enville show. Any members not going to Enville are still invited to the Swan…

This was an excellent event last year with a diverse selection of quality cars on show and this your they are expecting over 100 cars.  It’s held in the field at the back of The Swan Pub overlooked from the bear garden which is a fabulous scenic setting.

This is a Charity event organised to raise money for Cancer therefore a charge of £10 per car is made and it’s well worth it!

Anyone wishing to visit without their car will be charged £2 to enter

Mary Stevens Hospice Car Show – Saturday 13th August.

We will be meeting at the Foley Arms, 309 Hagley Road, Stourbridge, DY9 0RQ, at 10:15am and for those who would like a pre-breakfast it’s 9am at the Old White Horse, South St Stourbridge, DY8 3XZ.

This is a free show for classic cars owners.

The car show that’s becoming the torque of the Black Country!

Join us for a day of family fun as we showcase some of the finest feats of engineering ever to grace our roads, tracks and screens.

We’ll be taking a journey through time, as we exhibit everything from vintage classic cars all the way through to modern masterpieces.

There will be loads going on the day, as well as a family fun day which will include sweets and refreshments stalls, face-painting, games and loads of other things to keep the whole family entertained.

Tickets are £5 for adults and free for under-16’s, and the day will start at 11am on Saturday 13th August 2016.
